5 GoodGymmers accepted the Sofa Workout - Fully Body Challenge.
This week's fitness challenge was a full body workout using just a sofa (or chair) - a surprisingly good burn and all major muscle groups worked! The workout was as follows:
Repeated 3 times.
GG regular Rachel made the most of the sunshine by taking her workout outside with a chair. Good thinking! ☀️
