I was worried when I saw the cow just off Deptford High Street, but fortunately there were no milk based products on the lovely Mr J’s shopping list.

Other than the normal healthy items on his list, there were the ingredients for making dosas, a spicy pancake which he asked me for the recipe when we chatted before I went shopping.
