A first GoodGym shop for Ms J and an opportunity for me to explore unfamiliar Crouch End, so a win all round. Ms J was well prepared with a short list, money, and most helpfully examples of the items that she wanted from Sainsbury's and Tesco, so I took photos in case my memory failed me.

She asked if I knew the way to Crouch End and said I could take the no.91 bus...of course foot power was the preferred choice of transport, and it was a pleasant walk down the hill in the sunshine, and a slightly more arduous return trip back to the summit with the treasure.
