A local church under different circumstances would prepare a Sunday roast for local people , getting them together for a good meal. Goodgym were asked to deliver the meals direct to the homes of anyone who would benefit and enjoy a home cooked meal. It was a roasting hot day but 3 runners delivered all meals swiftly to ensure they would be enjoyed at their best.
