Today the legends Dave and Luke helped the Hero Helena complete her first ever Goodgym activity. We turned up at Mrs P's to help deweed her back garden during the mid day heat. The ground was tougher than old boots but we preserved and helped clear the pesky weeds to give her a fresh slate for the when the ground is a little wetter to re work her garden. Bring on the rain and well done Helena on your first good deed.
