Today I used a post-work run to help Mrs M change a couple of light bulbs.

It was super straightforward, changing them in no time at all (sheepishly on a brave plastic stool that just about held my weight).

I said goodbye after ten minutes - I got a nice run in, and Mrs M can live a little more safely. Mission accomplished! (and I saw a beautiful cat on the way home)
