Sophie and Neil met in sunny Southwark to move a recliner chair for Mr E, who was coming home from hospital later in the day. His occupational therapist was there to let us in and help us locate the back door key, then we moved the old chair out to the garden where it could be collected by the council. The new chair was already being installed as we left - a very efficient mission!
