Created by our very own Cedric another 100 leaflets, advising the residents of Wanstead how to welcome wildlife to their gardens, were delivered today.

Experience has shown that letter boxes can be spiteful so here are my top tips. Band leaflets into bundles that can be easily held in one hand, pull a leaflet out, hold the letter box open with the hand holding leaflets, and push the leaflet through with the other. Holding the bottom of the leaflet so the top folds over your hand stops you scraping your hand on the letter box or… take a bag and wear gloves…you’re welcome 😂
