4 Goodgymmers met up on a Friday lunchtime to assist with some canal side plogging for Hackney Council and Camino Ultra London. While running and litter picking, we were also followed by Jórn from "I Love Chatsworth Road" magazine and website, using a bike and a drone to film promotional videos.

We were super lucky with the weather, and were able to fill up multiple bags of rubbish during our hour of filming and plogging. Really looking forward to seeing the finished film soon!

After our task, we all made our way to The Breakfast Club in Hackney Wick for a social lunch break before heading back to work. Well done, all!
