We met for a lovely sunny plog up to Penny Pie Park at Pogmoor along Dodworth Road. Added to this I had planned to initiate squats at surprise random intervals en route just for a bit of extra fun! We had a quick briefing and set off on the all-uphill route there (good for some Strava elevation stats).

Poggy plogging

On arriving at the park we found found some brand-new exercise equipment and just had to make use of it. We each did 20 reps of seated push-ups, seated pull-downs, ski and pole runners and leg rowers... so 80 reps in total!! We also did an obligatory GG wall-sit.

After this it was time to find a bin for the 4 full bin bags we had accrued. This was no easy task as the bins have not been installed in the new park yet! Thankfully we had a nice chat with some locals who pointed us in the direction of some bins that happened to be on our downhill route back.

It's all downhill from here

On arriving back at Glasshouse, we stretched off and discussed upcoming sessions.
