Ms. M needed help with her laptop, but as I was sitting in her living room, there was no issues with starting the laptop nor logging in. The issue was she couldn't login to her Tesco account. Yet, as I went through her emails, I noticed she has been receiving accounts from Tesco. I asked about this and it seems her daughter has been calling her and making the orders on her behalf. Yet, Ms. M wanted to be more independent and do it herself. I helped her reset the password and saved the credentials on the site to ensure she doesn't need to remember to put in the details all the time. I wrote down the new details in a notepad as I'm sure her daughter will come calling about not being able to login to the Tesco site.
