The lovely Ms D has ME and is one of the main carers for her Dad who has Alzheimer’s. Life seems to be overwhelming her a bit at the moment and things were getting a bit out of control in her kitchen. So, instead of helping her do so more sorting of clothes, towels and bedding, I focused on clearing and cleaning her kitchen.

Ninety minutes later surfaces were clean and clear of dirty dishes which were washed up and put away; vegetables way beyond their use by date had been composted; the floor was largely clear and Ms D seemed relieved.
