On a veeery cold morning in Malden, Mrs H (possibly the most organised recipient of groceries ever) helpfully gave me the most clear instructions with brand, item, colour, cost and whether a substitute might be suitable (absolutely NOT, ever). A 45 minute walk later I was back having successfully picked up all the items. Delivered with a small chat, a couple of jokes and smile on both sides, I departed for the next part of my Kingston Upon Thames adventure !
