Mrs S was happy to see me when I arrived. She made me coffee and we had a chat about what she needed help doing and we tackled them together. It took a bit of time to complete the online form for the car sales together with the call and email for further photos etc. before we proceed to her home insurance inquiry. It over ran slightly before my next mission at the Barbican but I was pleased that I was able to assist Mrs S and I hope she recovered from the experience as it was quite intense with the sales.
