Another productive session clearing the garden for Mr S. He was more chirpy this evening, with the dog joining briefly too despite a recent bee 🐝 sting!

I tackled the overgrown hedges, brambles, nettles, and remainder of the space while Mr S mowed the area cleared last time. Lots of pulling, strimming, chopping, and mauling of the space with a few stings and scratches to show for it.

Managed to unearth a nice rose 🌹 lots of mint 🌱 and more plants towards the back fence that are now much more accessible. Another pile of green refuse to be collected.

More nettles and the front hedges that need tackling are another job for another day. Kind of some of the neighbours providing us with ice cream and snacks! 🙏
