Sunday saw the return of our visit to the Grit Studios to help the community to clear the surrounding area of debris, litter and brambles, and create an area to encourage wildlife and foliage.

Alongside Cheshire Wildlife trust, we painted old cans, planted seeds, filled tyres and suitcases with compost to create the most wonderful planters. Waste not want not!

A local bamboo weaver was on site to teach volunteers to weave and archway.

We were rewarded with the satisfaction of seeing incredible progress, a great bunch of volunteers and warm drinks and biscuits!
