This afternoon I visited Ms W in her care home. She was looking really lovely with her new haircut and a red top! As usual, I told her what I have been up to, and the main topic was the Maidenhead festival that is taking place this weekend. This morning a few GoodGymmers, including myself, went to help out with the setup. I told her what was on the programme, what there was on offer and that there even was a beach, with real sand and stripy beach sun loungers, all looking very inviting... Sadly, just as we were talking, the rain was pouring down!!... Hopefully tomorrow will be a better day for the town festival and the festival goers. 🤞🌤️
