2 GoodGym runners and many future mini GoodGymmers braved the frosty conditions to enjoy a morning of fresh, fresh air at Park Kids. Arranged to meet by the café and then onto the grass.

Warm up games involved flipping turtles and flushing toilets. 1 quick final jog and back to the organiser and the kids went a splashing and sploshing around the course, some doing as many as 7 laps.

Special mention to Gavin who wanted to run home afterwards just to tag on some more GoodGym miles in our January challenge.

They will be back at Newbold Comyn next Saturday for the Park Kids if anyone wants to get their children more active.
