We had a great time supporting RunThrough UK’s Southampton Running Festival at the weekend. Helen did a great job on the water station keeping everyone well hydrated for the 5k, 10k and half marathon races. Meanwhile Ellie, accompanied by four legged GoodGymer Blue, tail ran for the half marathon. Everyone did amazing completing up to six laps for the half marathon distance. It was wonderful to chat with the runners, some of who were completing their first race with great determination, and had raised money for different charities close to their hearts. Blue was rewarded for his tail wagging efforts with his own medal!
