Usually Course Check at Catford parkrun involves litter picking and moving abandoned Lime Bikes but this one was somewhat different in that it was helping to make the decision as to whether the event should go ahead. On the way back from another GG mission yesterday afternoon I jogged round the course to check how bad the ice was. Generally, it was pretty safe but one very treacherous bit meant the event was called off early on Friday evening.
