Mrs S has the tiniest of courtyard gardens, but she has filled it to the brim with plants and pots. It is obviously her pride and joy, and relies on it for her mental well-being. There were several shrubs that needed cutting back so that she can use her washing line again. She told us she loves to look out of the window in summer and see her pink hydrangeas in flower. Several bin bags later, we have cut back the shrubs, disposed of lots of dead plants and debris, and swept the ground . What a transformation! There is still an area of pots that we didn't have enough time to tackle, so would like to make a return visit to finish the job. Mrs S was delightful and so grateful for our efforts - that made it an absolute pleasure!
