The first part of today’s mission for the lovely Mr J was to take a urine sample to his GP surgery. I had collected the sample bottle and paperwork to go with it last week. The partially sighted Mr J had been unable to find it and I was no better when I tried. Mr J then remembered that he had some spare sample bottles, he filled that and I sorted the paperwork out at his surgery.

The shop was the usual healthy items of fruit and veg, along with two mops which were tricky to carry along with his full shopping trolley.
