It was a beautiful sunny day for a run through the city. Goodgym runners have shopped for Ms J before so she knew what to do and had her list and bags waiting on the doorstep when I arrived. The queue outside the nearest Waitrose moved quickly and I found everything on her list including the last Hovis Tasty Wholemeal loaf on the shelf.
