One GoodGym hero made his workout count on Saturday morning as he shifted a truckload of soil and compost for St Peter's Community Centre in Tower Hamlets.
Undeterred by facing such a mammoth task alone Nige got stuck in and channelled the strength of 10 GoodGymers. What a guy!
