Today started nice and early with a long run to beat the crowds in the supermarket and to pick up some essentials for an elderly gentleman in isolation. Not only was is a beautiful morning it was also the best thing ever to see how happy the food delivery made this chap. I have said it before and I say it again; nothing beats getting fit by doing good!
