After a little break in RED January and 20 days of running I struggled to get myself out again and the wet weather did not help! So the GG litter pick was a great opportunity to get me moving again. I ran 5km giving a little bit of respect to my neighbourhood by picking up the litter I found along the way, and I was so glad I did, it felt good :-) Hoping that I can keep going in February..
