Celebrating 10 wonderful years of GoodGym, 5 members of GoodGym Barnsley got together for Nostell parkrun.

The sun shone down as we laced up our trainers, put on our GoodGym tshirts, and headed out on the beautiful Nostell parkrun trail. We shared the course with 254 other runners and were cheered on by 16 parkrun volunteers - always awesome to share a part of your day with other people doing something positive.

It's been a great week celebrating 10 years of GoodGym. It's remarkable to think of all the miles that have been run and all the work that has been done in the last decade - here's looking forward to the next.
