For this mission I crossed borders (albeit only county borders) and worked with family members to collect food for donations to the 'Forest Foodbank' in the Forest of Dean.

The Forest foodbank are a charity run by the Trussell Trust in conjunction with the local churches. They are a popular charity in the Forest of Dean and well renowned as the most valued help for those in need.

My Auntie runs a cattery in the area and helped with collecting food items for donation. They were so grateful! Plus my auntie felt so much satisfaction in making a difference that she has pledged to keep donating! Win/win!
