Sheila and Gillian were joined at the Baby Bank by Angela for her first session. She soon got to grips with the process of checking, sorting and putting away donated clothes, and we worked our way through the bags. Angela's finest moment came when sorting through a box of shoes, and put the football boots in the girls' box. Very fitting for International Women's Day!

Providing essentials to families in extreme need

The Baby Bank collects donations of good quality clothes, equipment, and furniture to help families in extreme need. They provide essentials ranging from everyday items like nappies, and wipes to larger items like cots. They support families beyond the baby stage, for example with school uniform. They aim to give all children the best possible start in life.
