Just as the drizzle slowly disappeared the Redbridge crew gathered to spread the word on the Great British Spring Clean Up. Chatting with Ben on his first Goodgym run and welcoming Cedric on his second outing the leaflets were delivered by the organiser himself. With Dan letting us know how much he appreciated our help, the team left base with a spring in their step to conquer the 4 roads targeted.

It was probably accidental, but it turned out to be a boys vs girls race to see who could do their side of the road the quickest. In the end perhaps the boys just edged it by being lucky in choosing the side of the roads that turned out to have less letterboxes to fill! All this flying around the roads plus less that perfect lighting meant the images might not have turned out as good as I hoped, apologies.

Finishing the 4 target roads in record time we added a 5th to finish off the leaflets still in hand before going the other way round a now familiar loop, which does make a difference somehow it appears.

Back at base Ellie took us through the stretching exercises after which it was time to head home for some well deserved dinner!

Next week our trainer James is back after his latest running adventure.
