In spite of her aches and pains, Ms D was feeling commendably positive this morning, so much so that she asked me to get her a lottery ticket for the first time in a while along with her shopping - almost simultaneously we both said "gotta be in it to win it...".

The aisles were playing ball and the basket was soon full with list complete, so now its just fingers crossed that the numbered balls also perform on Saturday, or it's another week of bread and soup...
