I phoned M to see how she is getting on back at home. She was a little worried that the carer might not return this evening but apart from that was doing well and sounded bright. As she always does when she’s feeling better, M asked me about the news and I did my best to explain the latest saga with BoJo breaking the law and making the EU very grumpy. M thanked me, yet again, for visiting her whilst at hospital and asked me to give her a call with the latest news tomorrow
