Mr J likes his boiled eggs covered in sausage meat and breadcrumbs,. Alas the shell(f) was empty in Iceland, the s(h)ell by date too short in ASDA and the Egg Shop in between the two closed around 2016. However, I wanted to ensure that MrJ’s lunch requirements weren’t scotched and made an eggception to my normal route and found some Scotch Eggs in Tesco. Mr J was eggstatic.
