Rowan, Jane and Laurence headed to Longsight Park this week to support the Friends of Longsight & Harwood Park with shifting 5 tonnes of soil into some new flower beds.

The trio, supported by the Friends of the Park group put in 60 minutes of hard effort, shovelling wheelbarrow loads of earth and tipping them into the newly created flower beds. A classic GoodGym mission with some big movements and a satisfying result. Check out the results above 👀
