About the task

We're supporting The Bolton Post, a free community newspaper by delivering some papers to local houses and businesses.

We'll be on the move constantly while carrying a heavy bag of newspapers for this one, a great workout 🗞️

Make sure you've read our general guidelines for safety for taking part in a GoodGym session.

This is a GoodGym group run, with the option of walking too. You'll meet other GoodGymers at the start location and run or walk to the task together. If you're worried about any aspect of the session, contact your area activator Rowan Ardill (he/him) by email at rowan@goodgym.org.

Options are available to run between 1km and 4km in total.

Remember that we will be running or walking to and from the task, so you'll only be running or walking for half this distance in one go.

GoodGym is a community of people that get fit by doing good. We run, walk and cycle to do practical tasks for community organisations and isolated older people.
