Mr M needed some help to access voice messages on his house phone.
When I arrived Mr M was a little unsure whether he could manage a visitor, but I explained we’d been asked to help him with his answerphone and we could call it a day after half an hour. Mr M agreed I could give it a try.
After a few failed attempts good old 1571 got through to the voicemail messages, and 30 messages later Mr M’s phone was cleared and able to receive messages again.
Mr M is very hard of hearing and struggles to hear all the lovely check in calls he receives from family and friends. I hope he can get a better phone so he can stay connected.
