Monday’s Group Run had been delivering leaflets for some free music and dance workshops for the over 60s at Trinity Laban in Deptford. There were quite a lot of leaflets left so I did an early quickstep delivery round to beat the tradesman button cut offs on several blocks. I then waltzed around the blocks without entry systems and saw a fox trot past as I waited for the bus home.
