Today I headed out to meet Miss S who lives down the road from me.

After picking up the list and cash I headed to Sainsburys for the shop.

Luckily there was no queue so I was done nice a quick and on my way back. Miss S was very happy for the help.

After just an hour and 2 miles walking I was back home and back to work.
