On another Scorchio! day in London Town, I returned to one of our old group run haunts, St Lukes in Homerton, to pick up a food parcel for Mr F. Walked the couple of miles to De Beauvoir area to deliver the groceries to Mr F and had a good chin wag on the doorstep.
