Back in London, so I reached out and ran over to Ms. D to see if she needed my assistance.

When I arrived she wasn't expecting me, yet she invited me in for a chat and a cuppa as she said her carer went out to do her shopping. Therefore, I was not needed for that.

However, her carer was held up due to the fact Ms. D gave old notes and the carer had to decide what she could get with her own money. During this time, I decided to help out in the flat and did Ms. D's dishes as the carer could only drop off the kitchen towels (the only thing she could get and knew Ms. D desperately wanted) and head off to her next client.

I will be back tomorrow to help out with her shopping.
