Today’s park run was dedicated to NHS 75th anniversary celebration, a number of runners were wearing the NHS’s blue to mark the event.

Seven new park runners who joined Charlton park run as their first ever park run event. We welcomed them to come back again!

We were supported by a great team of pacers who led the group and set the pace.

Sara was the run director and I welcomed the first timers today.
