Ms M asked for some help with a few items and phone top up, it was snowing so very apt that one request was for bovril to keep mrs M warm and cosy inside! Off to a couple shops to keep costs down then back with the delivery and enough on the phone to call her brother that evening. Mrs M was grateful as always
