It was a relatively straightforward shop for the lovely Ms Y today which was all quite quick except for the painfully slow service at the Co-Op as the cash only till wasn’t working.

Once back at Chez Ms Y it became clear that there was another job which I’ve done before - defrosting her freezer. It was hard to open the drawers but after hacking off several bergy bits and growlers (bits of iceberg) it was now possible for her carers to get at the tiny portions of food from her freezer.
