Share the love

Six merry folk grasped the nettle this morning 😊

This morning - this early Sunday morning - six of us met in winter beautiful yet bitingly cold Regent's Park. It was just us and London's other walkers, cyclists, and runners out enjoying the morning beauty and quiet.

I'd trundled up Regent's Street and past Oxford Circus on my journey over, and I just love the novelty of travelling through the busiest of areas when they're peaceful and serene.

Camden regulars John, Louise, and Steve were part of our group, as were Lambeth regular Jo and first-time GoodGymer (welcome!!) Kaustubh 💪

After a quick warm-up, we all spent 35 minutes moving around a steadily busying park - one group took a steady 5K loop and another zig-zagged around the lake - before we re-convened for a steady stretch.

It was lovely to share this morning with you all, and hope to see you at the next one we do in February!
