We welcomed two new runners this evening at The Fat Pug, who had laid on the fire for us, think they were attempting to sabatage our run.

Our warm up today consisted of lots of running drills to get our speedy legs warmed up, high knees, lunges and strides were part of the game followed by a short warm up run to the park for "Beat the clock". Using our pretend track at the park the aim of the game is to run for a set amount of time, then recovery before trying to beat the distance on the next round. Tremendous effort this evening from everyone and especially Gavin who stormed round keeping up for a lap with the "intense" guys.

Our task this evening was a final in the trilogy and our chance to get the medal. There were more de ribboning of medals, a few "hurdles" to remove and a lot of rubbish to shift.

Massive thanks from Kids Run Free and Raceways for all the hard effort was passed on from Martine.

Once the car was full it was short jog back to base.

Well done to our New runners this evening and a welcome return to Fiona.
