Pam and Sheila responded to a request to help Mr E bag up some old clothes in a bedroom and dispose of them in the wheelie bins. Due to ill-health Mr E was unable to do this himself. It didn't take us long to fill the bags and take them outside to dispose of them, and Mr E was very grateful for the help. It was lovely to meet Pam and find out a bit about GoodGym mission control before we made our way home in the sunshine.
