Freezing conditions this morning and a brisk run from Hackney to Camden via the canal towpath to shop for Ms J.
After a quick call to Ms J to ask if she wanted anything else added to her list and a very quick shop, I was there in no time!
Lovely seeing you again Ms J and look forward to seeing you again on Monday for the next one!
