During a break in the rain today I headed over to South Acton to meet Mr G and collect his list. Except that there was no list. Mr G goes to even greater lengths than a list to make sure there’s no confusion and the shopping mission goes smoothly.

Exactly as Madan described on a previous mission, he keeps and washes the labels for the items he asks for and provides a shopping trolley as he worries about Goodgymer’s carrying a heavy load.

On the list today were vegetables, breaded chicken, breaded fish, chicken pie, protein yogurts and salted peanuts. Sainsburys and Waitrose had everything and the shopping trolley made it even quicker and easier.
