Helping out the Friends of Locke Park with maintenance and improvements has been a long-standing task for GG Barnsley so it was especially nice to return today.
We met with Anne and Pat and the five of us set about with the perpetual task of getting all the sand back into the sandpit by the children's play area. Grace even swept so hard that she broke an entire broom in half!
It was good to start catching up properly and Anne showed us the latest updates around the park that we'd missed over the last few months. We shall of course be back again soon.
