This afternoon I visited Ms W in her care home. We had a lovely chat over a cuppa and some fresh pastries. She's been telling me how much she enjoys her Good Gym visits and she said that her sister hasn't forgotten about the promised photo album that she was going to put together for us to go through together. That's absolutely fine, we always find something to talk about anyway.
